Who we are
Auto Sound is a single, independent shop on Cape Coral Pkwy E — not a franchise, not a chain, and not a mobile operation working out of a van. Owner Keith Morgan runs it, and the same crew that quotes your job is the crew that does it.
Over 35 years we have watched this trade change completely. Cassette decks became CD changers, then Bluetooth, then Apple CarPlay. Tint went from dyed film that turned purple in two Florida summers to nano-ceramic that rejects infrared. Keys became fobs, then proximity fobs with rolling codes. What did not change is the part that actually matters: whether the wiring behind the dash was done properly, and whether the shop stands behind it afterward.
What we do
We are a full 12-volt and marine electronics shop. Most customers come in for one thing and find out we handle the rest under one roof:
- Car audio — head units, speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and complete custom builds.
- Window tinting — ceramic and carbon film, cut to your glass, Florida-legal, lifetime warranty.
- Marine audio — salt-rated speakers, amps, subs, and head units for boats that actually get used.
- Apple CarPlay & Android Auto — wired or wireless retrofits that keep your steering-wheel controls working.
- Key fobs — batteries, repairs, replacements, and programming for most makes and models.
- Backup cameras and dash cams — hardwired, hidden, and integrated properly.
- Ignition interlock devices — certified installs with local calibration support.

Where we work
The shop is in Cape Coral, and we serve the whole region from it: Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Pine Island, Estero, Punta Gorda, and Bonita Springs.
Being in a canal city means about half our work has a boat attached to it. Marine audio is a core service here, not an afterthought — we use marine-rated gear on tinned marine wiring because everything else fails in salt air.
