What we install
LED is the easiest upgrade to do badly. Cheap kits get spliced into whatever wire is closest, run without a fuse, and fail in a season — or worse, backfeed and throw dash errors. We wire lighting on its own fused circuit with proper relays and switches so it behaves like it came from the factory.
- Headlight & fog upgrades — brighter, whiter output with correct beam pattern, so you see more without blinding oncoming traffic.
- Interior accent lighting — footwell, dash, and door lighting, color-selectable, dimmable, switched cleanly.
- Underbody & rock lights — sealed, vibration-rated housings mounted where they will not get torn off.
- Truck & off-road bars — light bars and pods with proper relay wiring and a dash switch.
- Boat & marine lighting — corrosion-resistant fixtures on tinned marine wire, including underwater and courtesy lighting.
Doing it right matters more than the parts
| Cheap install | How we do it |
|---|---|
| Spliced into a nearby wire | Own circuit, correct gauge, proper fuse |
| No relay — switch carries full load | Relay-switched so the switch stays cool |
| Wires zip-tied under the car | Loomed, routed away from heat and moving parts |
| Fails in a season | Sealed connections built for Florida heat and salt |
| Throws dash errors / hyperflash | Correct load resistors and CAN-bus-safe components |
Is LED lighting legal in Florida?
Mostly, with limits. Florida restricts red and blue lighting visible from the front of a vehicle — those colors are reserved for emergency vehicles — and prohibits lighting that flashes or oscillates on a road-going vehicle. Interior accent lighting, white and amber exterior lighting, and underbody lighting used off-road are generally fine.
We will tell you honestly which setups keep you street-legal and which ones will get you pulled over. If you want something for show or off-road use only, we will wire it on a separate switch so you can shut it off on the road.
